Answers to these two questions are the starting point of a coaching program. Not that we talk a lot about it.
Talking does not fix feelings. Feelings exist and will always be there. The question is how they are being experienced? Feelings want to be felt.
Breathing helps doing this.
Feelings do not exist in the head. They live in the body.
Breathing guides awareness into the body and towards the feelings. The moment feelings are being consciously felt, the sharp edges soften up and the feelings start being digested. It is there and it is manageable because you’ve taken responsibility for it.
Dare to feel and breathe.
